⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our family trip to Tbilisi! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city with many major attractions just a short walk away. The area is vibrant with an exciting nightlife, beautiful architecture, and a wide variety of Halal food options close by. We felt completely safe walking around, even late in the evening. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay, especially the reception team, who went above and beyond to assist us. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast was a great highlight—with several Halal options available, and the staff were happy to prepare eggs in separate pans upon request. I highly recommend trying it! Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

The location is excellent in the City Center of Tbilisi, walkable to other tourist spots. The room is spacious and very clean, with complete kitchen equipment you can use. And also, I want to commend the management and staff of Citadines for being so accommodating and helpful. And most especially for being so flexible on the dates of my booking. I have requested to change the dates of my booking twice (non-refundable booking) due to unforeseen situations, and they granted my request with the same rates and no price difference. It is a huge relief, and I truly appreciate their kind consideration. Thank you so much, Citadines!

This aparthotel is absolutely perfect! Situated centrally in the heart of Tbilisi, it offers unparalleled convenience with everything you need within reach. Right next to it is the "Galeria Tbilisi" mall, providing a variety of shopping options, groceries, and numerous restaurants. The apartment itself is fully equipped with all the amenities you could wish for, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service here is exceptional, with staff members like Khatia and Stephan standing out for their friendliness and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone visiting Tbilisi, as it truly exceeds expectations in every way.

I really like the Citadines apart hotel: -the location is very good - close to all attractions, close to meeting point of all excursions - facilities also very comfortable (but I only recommend to renew the towels). - staff is so friendly and nice, they can help with everything! moreover, it is 24/7 service. Thank you guys! - additional services: I used the laundry - everything is fine, you can use it at any time of the day. Next time, when I visit Tbilisi I will come to this hotel again.

Great location! The staff at the reception was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived around 1:00-1:30 p.m., and although check-in was at 3:00 p.m., they kindly allowed me to check in early at no extra cost. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher, iron, and hairdryer etc. However, we couldn’t find any napkins in the room.
