It's located in a prime location of Tbilisi. The room was large and well equipped. The staff was extremely helpful! Housekeeping does a killer job cleaning the room, and the staff at reception was helpful. The facilities were clean. Overall, it was worth what I paid for.

Location was the best thing, right in the middle of Tbilisi but secluded from the bustling streets. It will be a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance at first. The hotel is located near to liberty mall.

The apartment itself is fully equipped with all the amenities you could wish for, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service here is exceptional, with staff members like Khatia and Stephan standing out for their friendliness and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone visiting Tbilisi, as it truly exceeds expectations in every way.

The location of the aparthotel is so strategic and within walking distance to the old town area. The staff are also welcoming and nice. As this is aparthotel, the room is equipped with the kitchen, so the guest can cook. They also provide free luggage room for days.

Great location! The staff at the reception was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived around 1:00-1:30 p.m., and although check-in was at 3:00 p.m., they kindly allowed me to check in early at no extra cost. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher, iron, and hairdryer etc. However, we couldn’t find any napkins in the room.

It is situated on liberty Square, you can move around to all the tourist places easily. Everything is within 2 km of walkable distance. You will find many ATMs nearby, supermarkets, and liberty mall next to it. They have room choices you can choose according to your budget.

I like it since it's the studio apartment it's was really nice and got a nice view. Kati/Khati/Keti (sorry, im not really good and remembering name) was really nice, and she tried to check in me earlier since I was super tired from the flight also suggested me to some Gorgian Restaurant which was nice. The view was amazing. The hotel itself was behind but it's in the middle of the city which was very easy to go everywhere.. overall, it was amazing stay.. will come back again to Georgia..

We loved everything about our stay! A special thanks to the reception girls and the entire team – they made our experience unforgettable with their outstanding service and friendliness. The location is perfect and central, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The apartment itself was just as wonderful, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

The stay in Citadines was a very peasant experience. Hotel located conveniently in the city center, close to all city attractions. The suite is nice, has all the necessary toiletries and equipped kitchen. Staff is polite and speaks good English and Russian, which is convenient for the visitors. Good daily cleaning adds to the good experience. Overall I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of Citadines.

Very well located. Near everything. Rooms were comfortable and had what they said they would supply. It was clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.
